First Class

A few tips to get you started:


  • Beginners are welcome to all classes
  • Avoid eating at least 3 hours before class
  • Come well hydrated and be prepared to sweat
  • Arrive 15 minutes before class begins
  • Yoga room is Scent Free, please do not wear any scents
  • Wear something you can easily sweat in
  • Bring two regular size towels and mat or rent it at the studio
  • Please notify the teacher of any injuries, illness, recent surgery or medication
  • Book your class
  • Be open minded. Enjoy it. Have fun with it.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Leave your cell any other belongings in the change room, only bring your mat, water and towel in the yoga room Please observe noble silence in the yoga room at all times
  • Use quiet time and meditation to prepare your self for the class
  • Listen to the teacher. All the information you will hear is to guide you through your 90 minute practiceStay in the room. There is only one first timeKeep your shower time to a minimum when others are waitingEnjoy your newfound energy and peace you are taking with you
